The Wok-Wok was a monkey-like scavenger that was native to the planet Aris. They were friendly, and often roamed the platforms strung between the trees on which the population lived.

References to Wok-Woks were removed from the reprinted version of Riders of the Maelstrom included in Classic Adventures: Volume Three.
