"This is where the Lady Luck is berthed. It's just south of the Windward docks. Know where that is?"
"Of course. I've flown in and out of Coruscant enough times."
―Lando Calrissian and Luke Skywalker[src]

The Windward docks were a location on the planet Coruscant.[1] In 18 ABY,[2] Lando Calrissian berthed his[1] SoroSuub Personal Luxury Yacht 3000[3] Lady Luck at a place just south of the Windward docks. When Calrissian recruited his friend, Jedi Master Luke Skywalker, to join him on his search to find a a suitable wife, he instructed Skywalker to meet him where the Lady Luck was berthed. He provided Skywalker with a piece of paper detailing to spot just south of the Windward docks. Skywalker was already familiar with the docks, having flown in and out of Coruscant many times. Calrissian and Skywalker planned to meet there after breakfast the following day.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Windward docks were first mentioned in the 1995 novel Ambush at Corellia, written by Roger MacBride Allen.[1]
