Wellte-ir Massacre

The Wellte-ir Massacre was a battle fought on Bresnan, in the Wellte-ir system early in the Galactic Civil War.

The battle

The battle involved Scandium Team, an infiltrator unit from the Rebel Alliance Special Forces. Scandium Team encountered two Imperial Armor units undergoing field exercises on the Bresnan plains and was completely outnumbered. Fifteen of the twenty-one members of Scandium Team were killed during the four-day battle. Scandium pilot Aven Cholus eventually managed to rescue the survivors trapped along the Umber Banks.

After the Wellte-ir Massacre, Scandium Team was disbanded. The survivors of the battle included Lieutenant Commander Harovan Toth, Lieutenant Dutra Zeneta, Korgath, Lieutenant Opit-Wenbruh, Aven Cholus, and Rith Tar'ak.
