Water reprocessor
A water reprocessor,[1] water convertor,[2] or water recycler[3] was part of a starship's life support systems. It reprocessed waste water by filtering and purifying it, including water lost to evaporation. After several treatments, the water would develop a bland and tasteless flavor.[1]
