Vikas Sleer
Vikas Sleer was the Quarren owner of a pawn shop on Phyrstal Island in the resort city of Le Yer on the planet Abregado-rae during the Galactic Civil War. He loved to haggle and would spend hours bargaining over the most mundane of items.
