Vanilla/Legends
Vanilla was a type of food flavoring. The Inquisitor Jerec gave his apprentice Sariss a sweet made from vanilla-flavored syrup as a gift while the pair were discussing the planet Ruusan.[1] Zwil, another flavoring substance, tasted like a combination of vanilla and cinnamon.[2] Members of the sentient Kitonak species extruded a substance from their skin which smelt of vanilla[3] and the Killik species bonding pheromone also shared the smell.[4]
