Vandalar City

Vandalar City was a large, vertical city on Reaper's World in the Outer Rim Territories. It was built out of durasteel and formex. The upper levels were populated by the wealthy and affluent citizens, while the lower levels were buried in frozen trash and sewage.

The lower levels were energy-poor and very cold, due to the on-going ice age the planet's climate was going through. Redbeasts lived on these levels.
