This bazaar seller ran a business in a bazaar on a planet during the Galactic Civil War. The smuggler Roark Garnet complained to the merchant that the locals kept stealing his comlinks. The merchant told him that the locals were not responsible, but the lizardflies who lived in the cliffs above Outreachial.
