This street tough was present on Hurd's Moon in 4 ABY. The thug, a member of the Tocoyan species, was consorting with a group of other thugs including a Brizzit, a Human, and a humanoid alien. When the Human replica droid Guri came within view. The gang demanded she pay a "toll" to pass them, but Guri quickly dispatched the threat and continued on her way.
