Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

This officer made announcements regarding interplanetary travel restrictions and curfews. He was also responsible for broadcasting instructions and requests for communication to Imperial patrols via common wallscreens. His rank bar indicates he was a High General.
