This Imperial lieutenant served the warlord Jerec while his forces occupied the planet of Ruusan. In 5 ABY, he led an inspection of the transport High Hauler, which had arrived at the planet without the necessary recognition codes and was claiming to have a cargo of proton torpedoes aboard.
