Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

During the Imperial era, an Imperial governor was appointed to govern the Suarbi system. After the death of Emperor Palpatine, he was killed and replaced by the rogue Imperial Admiral Leonia Tavira when he rebuffed her advances.
