Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

During the Galactic Civil War, an Imperial governor ruled over the planet Rodia. The local Rodians maintained good relations with the Empire, and the governor had few conflicts with the Rodian Grand Protector, Navik the Red. Although aware of the Rodians' reputation as valued criminal employees, the governor did not initiate a crackdown, believing that the Empire benefited more from Rodia's ready supply of bounty hunters.
