Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

During the Galactic Civil War, an individual served as the commander of a hidden Galactic Empire garrison on the planet Coveway. The commander eventually decided that the parameters of the garrison's mission on Coveway called for the elimination of the native residents of the local area. Subsequently, the commander ordered the destruction of a small village.[1]
