The Imperial captain of the Star Destroyer Dismay once intended to marry Praleena Pring, the daughter of Imperial Consul-General Dandamont Pring of the planet Bothawui. However, Praleena, who did not wish to marry the smug captain, defied her father and defected to the Rebel Alliance with her lover.
