During the Galactic Civil War, an admiral was in command of the Galactic Empire's invasion of the planet Sarrahban. The admiral issued an order to a lieutenant to broadcast instructions to all starships leaving the surface to submit to inspection. If they failed to comply, then they ships would be destroyed. The lieutenant questioned the order since the ships were civilian vessels, but the admiral threatened to relieve him of his post if the orders were not carried out.
