Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A Rodian male of the Soammei clan named himself the first Inta'si'rin'na, or Grand Protector of the Rodians. As nominal leader of his species, the Grand Protector received the first Galactic Republic scouting mission to Rodia. Recognizing the opportunity before him, the Grand Protector opted to join the Republic to allow his hunters a chance to prey upon the galaxy at large. However, doing so also presented a threat—to prevent his enemies from leaving the Rodian homeworld, the Grand Protector instituted the Goa-Ato, a process by which Rodians were vetted for passage offworld.
