Under Secretary of Scout Services
The Under Secretary of Scout Services, also referred to as the Under Minister of Scout Services, was the highest-ranking bureaucrat in the New Republic Scout Service. The Under Secretary answered directly to the New Republic's Minister of State, and had oversight of all the divisions of the NRSS.
