Alliance War Bond
An Alliance War Bond was a low-yield, long-term bond issued by the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War. Redeemable five to twenty-five years after the conclusion of the Galactic Civil War, Alliance War Bonds were a risky investment. Those purchasing Alliance War Bonds did not really expect to make money from them, but did so in an effort to support the war against the Galactic Empire.
