Tight-beam emitter
A tight-beam emitter was a tool that was found in vehicle repair kits. With some modification, such as the removal of the energy cartridge and replacing it with a pivar spinner from a holoprojector, a tight-beam emitter could be rigged to emit mag-particles which could disrupt the commands between a restraining bolt and its caller.
