The Scourge was a gang of pirates who operated in the outlying unpoliced areas of the Mid Rim and the Elrood sector of the Outer Rim Territories.

History

During the Clone Wars, a band of Scourge pirates operated out of the frozen planet Yellowblade's Landing in the Mid-Rim. The leader of the group, a Trandoshan named Nukss, and all but one of his men were slain by the Nightbrothers Savage Opress and Darth Maul.[2]

During the Galactic Civil War, the organization was led by Chalmer Trillili. The gang employed a fleet of six stolen Skipray Blastboats, a modified space barge, a gravity well-equipped container ship called the Impasse, and Chalmer's own YT-1300 light freighter. The gang was secretly hired by Imperial Mining, Ltd. to guard the planet Alluuvia.[1]
