The Pilot and the Rebellion was a document written by Admiral Gial Ackbar, and was required viewing for Alliance to Restore the Republic pilots undergoing recruitment. It covered topics such as the purpose of the Rebellion, the requirements of pilot training, and an overview of the pros and cons of Alliance starfighters against Imperial models.
