Alijah Orr
Alijah Orr was an Imperial Customs Officer during the Galactic Civil War. He was regarded as the second most powerful man in the Shesharile system, after the Imperial Governor. Orr sought to advance in his position by eradicating smuggling in his system, and was focused on capturing Shamus Falconi, a pirate.
