Tarin DeHallo

Tarin DeHallo was a female assistant manager of the Marqua Spas on the planet of Gailea. She booked Jantaa Binx, a practitioner of the Floubette dance, to perform at the Marqua Spas Grand Ball without realizing Binx was Human. The resulting shocking display—as the Floubette dance was an aesthetically pleasing, idealized form of the Floubettean mating ritual that was traditionally performed by avian species—led to her dismissal.
