Alderaan Ruge Liqueur
Alderaan Ruge Liqueur was an alcoholic drink that shared its name with Alderaan,[1] a planet that was destroyed by the Galactic Empire using the first Death Star's superlaser.[2] During the New Republic era, the Ithorian gangster Marg Sonat hired a crew to smuggle a crate from Rantine Space Station to Kwenn Space Station. Among its contents were three bottles of the very rare liqueur that were each worth about 350 credits.[1]
However, the liqueur and other luxury items were only decoys to distract Imperial customs inspectors like Sergeant Tenric from noticing the true treasure: a protoype personal energy shield that crimelord Sard Nightbringer intended to sell at an auction on the Stellar Mermaid.[1]
