Alan Kupperberg (May 18, 1953 – July 16, 2015) was a comic book writer and artist who worked on a few issues of Marvel's Star Wars comic series. He began his comic career in 1977 for Marvel Comics, producing such titles as Amazing Spider-Man, Incredible Hulk, and Captain America. Since then Kupperberg worked for a number of publishers including Archie Comics and National Lampoon and did a number of advertising and design projects.
