Supreme Dark Ruler
Supreme Dark Ruler, or just Supreme Ruler, was a title or epithet applied to Galactic Emperor and Dark Lord of the Sith Palpatine.
Behind the scenes
The first edition of A Guide to the Star Wars Universe contained an entry on this title, quoting from the Return of the Jedi novelization. It was omitted from later editions, which may mean that the term was reinterpreted as part of James Kahn's narration rather than an in-universe title.
