Stronghold (planet)
Stronghold was a cold, stormy, remote planet. It was used by the Rebel Alliance as a safe world. Little life survived on the surface. The Alliance created a series of caves and tunnels, where Rebel soldiers could hide their families. Approximately 250 non-fighting people could be held in the underground Rebel base.[1]
Stronghold was sometimes used as a prison world for Imperial officers. The Celestial was headed towards Stronghold with a cargo of prisoners when it was lost in otherspace.[1]
The Charon invaded the planet from otherspace. They were defeated by the Rebels, and the Charon flagship Desolate was destroyed.[1] One of the few survivors of the Charon attack was Tole Warren.[2]
