Strelk
Captain Strelk was commanding officer of Training Camp IMIIF-138 on Sirpar. He was of an aristocratic senatorial family, and hated Sirpar. He did his best to ignore his unit. He owned a luxury custom airspeeder, which was stolen by Rebel infiltrators who used it to get to the Nonessential Equipment Storage and Disposal Facility 456 where vital starship parts were stored.
