Sting-brush

The sting-brush was a type of plant native to the arid planet of Kamar. Like many other plants, sting-brushes were relatively fragile, but they extruded a substance that could irritate the skin of most organic life-forms. Sting-brushes depended upon this feature to avoid being consumed by predators.
