Spice withdrawal
Spice withdrawal was the name given to a collection of symptoms that individuals suffered when overcoming an addiction to spice. Anja Gallandro suffered from spice withdrawal while trying to overcome her addiction to andris. She was aided by the Jedi healer Cilghal who used the Force to remove the spice toxins from her body. While this overcame the physical symptoms, Gallandro still needed to overcome the mental need for spice.
