The Southcentral Branch was an urban storm sewer that was part of the Eyar City Sewer. The Branch was located under the most densely built area of Eyar City, and the system was poorly maintained and parts of the network had to fail before maintenance crews attended. The Snivvian Sizinnian maintained a secluded Inner Sanctum in one of the branch's neglected secondary lines.[1]
