Sleepers
Sleepers was a term used by prisoners of Ysanne Isard's private prison Lusankya to denote those prisoners who had washed out of Isard's sleeper agent program.
Isard used a combination of drugs, torture, and psychological manipulation in order to brainwash individuals into becoming Imperial sleeper agents. While she was able to turn many individuals into sleeper agents, others were deemed unsuitable by Isard for any number of reasons. Many of these unsuitable individuals were rendered catatonic by Isard's process.
During his time at Lusankya, Corran Horn met several fellow prisoners that were sleepers. Horn's fellow prisoners remembered former Lusankya prisoner Tycho Celchu as a sleeper, Horn later accessed a computer record that proved Celchu had in fact become a sleeper due to Isard attempting to turn him into one of her agents.
