Slaver permit
Slaver permits were legal documents issued by the Galactic Empire to slaver guilds for a fee, and were designed to regulate the slave trade throughout the galaxy. Some slave trading organizations, such as the Zygerrian Slavers Guild, were able to acquire permits at a reduced cost due to their size and structure.
