Silvertree
The Silvertree was a type of tree that evolved on Kubindi. Due to the high amount of solar radiation, the silvertree had very bright reflective bark. Because of this, they would glow with reflected light. The reflective light would put out a large amount of thermal energy, causing the native creatures of the forest to be nocturnal. Their wood was dark and thick with a high metal content.[1]
