Costing three thousand credits, it created a sonic shell that covered a two-meter area in silence.[1] Marketed to music-lovers, the Sheer Silence was marketed as a "personal portable listening chamber" but soon found favor with commandos[2] like Alliance SpecForce Infiltrators.[1]
