Sector Development
Sector Development was a series of agencies under the auspices of the Commission for the Preservation of the New Order's Coalition for Improvements.[1] Responsible for overseeing the development of the Galactic Empire's territories,[2] the resources made available to each sector agency varied as priorities for short term projects were given priority funding. To combat this, sector agencies initiated many low cost, long term development strategies, which they would then pour available funds into those promising the greatest return. Sector Development contained two separate departments with specific mandates; the Department of Modification, and the Department of Redesign.[1]
