Second Administrator

Second Administrator was the title given to the second in charge of the Spice Mines of Kessel. In 24 ABY, the position was held by two successive members of Black Sun, who infiltrated the mine organization as part of a takeover attempt. The first of these individuals was Torvon. After he was killed in his own assassination attempt on Chief Administrator Nien Nunb, he was replaced by Kymn.
