Secession Worlds
The Secession Worlds was a propagandistic name given by the Galactic Empire to the few systems that declared allegiance to the Rebel Alliance in 2 BBY, after Mon Mothma's Declaration of Rebellion. The Imperial Starfleet quickly crushed them. Along with the disaster of Operation Domino, the defeat convinced the Rebellion to remain underground for the rest of its history.[1]
