S'kytri Council Tower
The S'kytri Council Tower was the champagne-colored tower in which the Supreme Council of the Highland Clans convened. It was separated from the rest of the City of the Winged People by a wide chasm. Since the S'kytri were a flying species, they had no trouble accessing the tower. However, an open-air causeway had been installed so that the "walkers" wishing to address the Supreme Council could traverse the chasm.[1]
