Roast gornt

Roast gornt was a Twi'lek dish. It consisted of chunks of roasted gornt meat, which had a tough texture, and was covered in a lumpy brownish gravy. It was served at Car'ulorn's Kavsrach, although Twi'leks considered it to be a tourist dish.
