The Rayter Sector Resource Analysis Committee was responsible for declaring that the native Humans on the planet Narg were not advanced enough to be awarded equal status with other Rayter sector populations. They recommended annexing the planet into the sector under the corporate control of TransGalMeg Industries, Incorporated.
