The Rampa Skywatch was a space military unit of the Corporate Sector Authority. It was tasked to intercept smugglers along the Rampa Rapids. Due to the lack of water on the world Rampa II, the route was used by smugglers to supply the planet from the nearby planet R'alla. However, it was strictly controlled by CSA gunships.

A few year before the Galactic Civil War, Han Solo and Chewbacca transported R'alla mineral water to Rampa II.
