The RCS-1 was a flight control computer designed by Miradyne Limited. It was installed on the standard models of the Starfeld Industries Z-10 Seeker.

The RCS-1 (like all RCS systems) was notoriously difficult to modify due to a rigid set of inter-connectivity protocols. Non-standard personal modifications often failed to work. The problem was exacerbated by Miradyne's bankruptcy. Since replacement parts became extremely hard to come by, any breakdown in the RCS-1 system had the potential to be catastrophic.
