Premiere (Jenet)
Premiere was the title of the ruler of the planet Garban and the Jenet species. Selection of the Jenet to fill the post was convoluted and difficult to understand for outsiders; nevertheless, the premier of Garban was always recognizable by his or her name. This individual was aided by a group of leaders known as the Council of 127.[1]
