A portable clip recharger was a device capable of recharging blaster power packs. Each recharger had six slots, into which power packs could be slotted. Each pack could be recharged in two minutes, and the recharger was capable of charging thirty packs before it needed to hooked up to a power generator. Several different companies produced portable clip rechargers; BlasTech Industries' Ramtek, Capris Technologies' CapTech Stealthpak, and Power Products, Ltd.'s Ultrapaq.
