Lieutenant Pora was the Second in Command of the security forces posted to the Technical Branch Outpost on the planet Lotide. In reality, Pora was actually a captain in the Internal Security Branch and was investigating Captain Hawra for corruption. Pora planned to kill Hawra if the charges were proved.
