Planetary Tariff Code
The Planetary Tariff Code regulated imports to the planet Glova. Alternative Minimum Tax, Article 7, section C, paragraph 3, subsection 4 stated that "no native grown protected or subsidized plants may be imported without being subject to a minimum tax no less that 500% of current retail selling price."
