The Pica Rim Pipeline was an extensive underwater transportation system that lined the floors of Albrae-Don's oceans. During the Galactic Civil War, the pipeline was bombed by the Justice Action Network destroying over 4,000 kilometers worth of track in protest of the execution of Earnst Kamiel.
