Paecian Empire
The Paecian Empire was an interplanetary empire existing in the Outer Rim Territories[3] during the Old Republic era.[1] Considered as a great civilization,[5] it was founded by the Human inhabitants of the world of Paecia.[3] These Paecians colonized neighboring worlds such as Dathomir where they implanted a population.[5] The Paecian Empire collapsed around 3000 BBY[4] but its legacy remained very strong over the centuries.[2][4][5] Three thousands years after its fall, the Paecian language was still spoken on Dathomir.[3]
The elite soldiers who defended the Paecian Empire were named the Kaarenth Impalers. Millennia after the collapse of the empire, they were still renowned as unyieldingly faithful warriors.[2]
